The town of Rovinj is settled on the western coast of Istrian Peninsula with population of 14200 people. It’s geo coordinates are 45N05; 13E38.  Originally it was an island but was connected to the mainland in 1763e.v.


Rovinj has a Mediterranean climate with average annual temperature of 16°C ranging from 4,8°C in January to 22,3°C in July. During the May the average temperatures are from 15(low) to 22(high).
