Festive Dinner

The festive dinner will be held at restaurant on Sunday May 1st at 20:30. The dinner is based on traditional Istrian cuisine and is included in the conference fee.

One can choose between these 3 options:


  • Cold Plate: Prosciutto, cheese, olives
  • Pljukanci(Traditional Istrian Pasta) with 5 kinds of cheese
  • Istrian Meat Plate with grilled vegetables
  • Chocolate Lava cake with Ice-cream


  • Asparagus Cream Soup
  • Fusi(Traditional Istrian Pasta) with Cepe and Artichoke
  • Grilled Gilt Head Bream with Boiled Potato and Swis Chard
  • Pannacotta


  • Cheese plate
  • Grilled Forest Mushrooms Mix
  • Vegetarian Plate with Mozzarella
  • FlambĂ© Pancakes

Strictly vegan or other requirements will be ordered a la cart.

The drinks are paid separately.
